I do not recommend. I haven't been able to ask for an invoice for months, the service cost three times as much as in another service, and the owner, when filing a complaint, calls the customer a Polus. Give a wide berth.

I just walked by and changed my tyres with no reservation, which is good becase usually requires reservation. they provide quick tyre fix service and used tyres with good condition. recommended.
They do a good job, changed my tyres effectively, and on short notice. Change my tyres for a very good price and did so very quickly and effectively. No complaints about actual work, I think most people may not find a problem there. Not the best customer service, one staff member was arguing with me and accusing me of lying about a service done. It's too bad because they did their job, and the other staff were pleasant to deal with and covered for him, but the experience is enough that I wouldn't go there again as I've been dealt with with more respect and would feel safer at other garages.
Used last year came out same day and changed a tyre that had a bulge which is great and would be 5 star but tyre started loosing pressure so took to my local garage who told us the locking key had been shredded and they couldn't use. I rang the guy who fiuted the tyre and told him this and he said he would pop round next week to have a look. Following week no one turnt up and ignored my phone calls and texts. I've since had to buy a new locking key at 40 off quid and then when weve gone to sort the tyre out the garage can't get the nuts out as have been done up to tight which would explain why my lo king nut is shredded as a gun must have been used.
Really helpful garage. I went in for a tyre change and found out I needed 2 tyres, they didn’t have both in stock so were able to order me one which arrived on the same day. I ended up going to get a coffee and a few hours later both tyres were done.
Lovely friendly staff, get the job done quickly and go above and beyond to help you. Great prices and availability is always quick. Highly recommend this garage ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service good. But prices are crazy. 170 for a tyre, as we needed to change the other one we were about to book an appointment but thank god someone gave a heads up as 170 sounded too much, and after looking somewhere else, the tyre with fitting included is less than 60£. I do understand that it happened on a Sunday and out of hour prices could be a bit higher than regular hours, but over 100£ difference sounds like we were ripped off. Shame as I was about to recommend the place.
They are not reliable, they charged me more than the repair was worth, I do not recommend it
I highly recommend this workshop...I was received by the mechanic Mario, with great courtesy, attention to detail, highly professional and above all with great honesty...I was very happy with all the work done and the honest price.

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS TO CHANGE YOUR TYRES ABSOLUTE COWBOYS, THEY BROKE A WHEEL NUT WHILST REMOVING IT AND REFUSE TO REPAIR IT, HE TOLD ME THAT IT IS SAFE TO DRIVE WITH ONLY 3 BOLTS ON THE TYRE, AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT, HE STARTED TO SHOUT AGGRESSIVELY. I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF POSSIBLE. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. THESE GUYS ARE CLOWNS THAT NEED TRAINING.

First time I've used this company and they were fantastic. Very polite with a great service, quick and very well priced. I will definitely be using Reading Tyres in future rather than go to one of the big chains that have a 'different' level of service and variable pricing policy.
Great service. They didn't charge me for services I requested in error that they had to complete in order to establish they weren't needed. They were polite and good value for money.

I've used these folks a few times and had really great results in the past with prompt fixes and good service for mobile puncture repair and tyre replacement. So, I booked 3 days in advance to have a slow puncture repair/replace, got a time the day before, but then they didn't show up. When I asked I was told "your booking going to spam.... Sorry for any inconvenience" which didn't make sense given the time slot confirmation the day before. Maybe good for an emergency, but apparently not good for pre-booked mobile tyre service.

Popped in for a flat tyre puncture with in half an hour the job was done, very reliable and professional. Highly recommended.
Excellent service. My exhaust got damaged and was just about driveable, these guys were able to fix the issue and service it by the next day. I highly recommend them and it seems for exhaust systems no issue is too big for them. Thank you.

Excellent service. Went to get replacement rear tyres after a puncture. They checked the tyre and said they might be able to repair it. 10 mins later I was leaving with the tyre repaired. Very efficient and saved me money on the replacement tyres! First class. Thank you Seb and George

Rude and excessive price compare to most tyres shops. The guys spoke in their own language which I found rude and disprectfull with a very poor customer service. Tried to charge 90£ for 2 used second hand tyres when I challenge the price I was told to go else where. Best advice of the day.
Excellent job by this firm (March 16). Came within 45 minutes, replaced tyre within 15 minutes and for a very good price. If only I had called these guys first. Thank you!
Rung them last night, advised me to come back first thing In morning to avoid call out fee. Turned up at 8am, was fixed and on the road within 20 minutes, and very very reasonably charged. Thank you
Quick, reliable and good value motorbike tyres in the Thames Valley. Mark has been running Ride In Tyres since the last Millennium and he’s a lovely guy who will look after your precious motorcycle wheels with the greatest skill and care! He does all my tyres after two other motorcycle service establishments (one a main dealer) scratched the wheel paint on two of my bikes.
I wish if I would give them 0 star rating. I got changed two front tyres. First day right side puncture I took my car to them, they said it’s valve problem and they charged me £10 and next day puncture other side tyre with same problem. I request everyone never go to them they are not the right place. They will rip you off with bad service and will sell you damage tyres. Very bad experience in 18 years of driving.

waste of time to visit the shop. They have in stoke used wore tyres but don't want to show what customer needed. Very poor customer dealing. One phone tyre price £45 and same tyre in shop of £75.
Really quick response time and cheaper than a few other quotes I received, got me within about 20 mins of calling and 11pm at night and was sorted in 10 mins. Very professional would highly recommend 👍
Ordered new tyres for mobile fitting on the Friday for a slot Monday morning. Did not hear from them all morning and had to call myself for an update. Informed that there was a delay and they’d get to me later that day. Never heard back and so emailed to cancel booking on the Tuesday. Will go somewhere else
I needed to get my motorcycle tyres replaced. I called around and found these guys to be the cheapest so. I booked for Saturday first thing. When I everything was taken care of. Mark tightened my chain. Replaced and balanced the tyres and checked over the bike. Very impressed with price service and speed.
Turned up at closing time for two part worn tyres. they only had one on site but quickly sourced another and within 10 mins had the two tyres I needed and fitted to my wheels , great service , frie day team and highly recommended 👍 😀
Honestly very friendly customer service and repairman was also great too. I needed my rental Suzuki Alto's tire changed on a late Saturday night and these folks were at my rescue quickly. I don't know the area and they had some trouble finding me (my fault likely I'm sorry), but they found me and the gentlemen had a brand new tire on within a few minutes. I am very thankful they provide this service, 118 pounds for a 155/65/r14 and they come handle changing it at my location is completely fair to me, they don't rip people off, they provide fair prices and great service. No complaints at all, thank you to the owner and the friendly staff member you sent to fix my tire. You are the best, your 24/7 hour service is HUGELY appreciated. I think the 1 star reviews on here are from people that don't quite understand cars can need more than you first expect at some point which is of course not free. No complaints, I am not affiliated with this company at all but if I have any more issues they will be the first I call. 10/10, thank you endlessly for helping a stranded tourist like myself out on short notice. Best of luck to you and your crew, wish you only the best. Hopefully I don't get another flat, but you'll be the first I call : )
I was quoted £120 to have all my alloy wheels unbuckled. I thought this was quite reasonable and after a chat on the phone I agreed to come down with my spare winter tyres/alloys and they would change my wheels over so they didn’t have to rush the repairs. Upon arrival I was told it was going to be an extra £20 to swap the wheels over (something I would have done myself at home if they had told me it would be extra) I agreed as I didn’t want to waste my time and arranged to come back the next day to collect the repaired wheels. The next day I arrived, paid £140 and collected the tyres (I opted to fit them myself and save a further £20). When I got home one wheel was only inflated to 12psi so I topped it up. Over the next few days I noticed the wheel I topped up kept deflating and over the weekend it dropped to 5psi. It obviously wasn’t correctly installed with enough tyre seal and was leaking. I returned the next day and asked them to re-installed the tyre on the alloy. He confirmed it was leaking between the tyre and the alloy so removed and re-installed the tyre. He then proceeded to try and charge me for doing so saying it was down to corrosion. I simply refused stating the tyre wasn’t properly fitted in the first place and should have been rubbed down post the alloy repair. He eventually backed down and I left. I then proceeded to drive on the motorway the next day. To my disbelief he haven’t even bothered to re-balance the wheel. The steering wheel was vibrating at 55-70mph. This is obviously very dangerous so I then went to a reputable garage and they re-balanced the wheel confirming it was way off. All I can say about this place is use at your own peril. They will try and squeeze as much money out of you as possible and do a poor job on a very important for safety element of your car. If you don’t have the confidence to stand up for yourself you’ll be taken for a ride. I would also point out that the condition of the road leading the the garage is in such poor condition it would probably lead to you getting a puncture.
Initally went online to order, however the site was not working (This is likely on my end however) After calling up, I was requested to text the details across (Not a problem so far, all as expected) A time slot was given. This is where things go wrong. If they could not of stuck to the time, they could have said this, this would not have been an issue. However due to the lack of communication, it is now easier to just cancel and choose another tyre supplier. I am sure they are a good supplier, but they are not good at communication or sticking to deadlines. Or even calling to inform of any changes.
Didn't turn up. Edit - thanks but, er, it was 2 years ago, I'm over it now. :)
After a bad experience with "In & Out" & carrying out a number of enquiries with several competitors, Reading Tyres were nothing short of 1) Simple 2) Easy & 3) Efficient. Great service at a competitive price...all at the comfort of your own home. BRILLIANT.
